The Fall Event is all about sharing, learning, and growing... it's a unique convergence of networking, learning, and fun in one single package. It forces you to grow and challenge yourself. No matter how long you’ve been in retail or your position in your company, there’s always something to learn.

Although their products can be found on their websites, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on demonstrations, ask specific questions, and see their newest products or what’s in development. Use this invaluable time to develop profitable business partnerships through one-on-one interactions with our sponsors.
	Sharpen Your Saw. Although the “sharpen the saw” concept pre-dates Stephen Covey's book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the idea is that taking a break from your work to enhance your skills is crucial. Just as a dull axe can’t cut a tree nearly as effectively as a sharp one. Don't be like the woodcutter who continues to hack away at a tree with a dull axe. Instead, invest in yourself and your business by learning new skills or improving existing ones. Leaving the garden center and "sharpening the saw" can help you work smarter, not harder, and achieve your goals faster.

The Fall Event is a lot of learning packed into a short amount of time, but we always make time for some relaxation and fun! We recommend coming a few days early or staying over to explore on your own. You’ll go home re-energized and ready to apply all that you’ve learned to make your center more successful!
